1. Nature of the Website

Boutik.mu operates as an online marketplace. We display and sell products on behalf of third-party sellers, and we earn a commission on successful sales. Third-party sellers are responsible for product availability, product quality, delivery, after-sales support, warranties, and refunds.

For products sold directly by Defi Deal Ltd, collection may be done at Radio Plus.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for activities under their accounts.

3. Product Information

Product descriptions are provided by sellers. Images may vary. We are not liable for inconsistencies provided by third parties.

4. Prices & Payment

Payments accepted: MCB Juice, debit cards, credit cards. All prices are in MUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

A service fee will be applied to all purchases made on our website, calculated based on the order subtotal:

• For orders with a subtotal below Rs 1,000:
  A service fee of 4% of the subtotal will apply.
• For orders with a subtotal between Rs 1,000 and Rs 10,000 (inclusive):
  A service fee of 2.3% of the subtotal will apply.
• For orders with a subtotal above Rs 10,000:
  A service fee of 1.8% of the subtotal will apply.

The applicable service fee will be calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

5. Orders & Confirmation

Order is confirmed once payment is received. Sellers manage preparation and dispatch.

6. Delivery

Delivery policies depend on each seller. Defi Deal products are collected at Radio Plus.

7. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Handled directly by sellers according to their policies.

8. Marketplace Responsibility

Boutik.mu operates as an online marketplace platform connecting customers with third-party suppliers. While Boutik.mu is not the manufacturer or direct seller of the products listed and shall not be held liable for product defects, delivery delays, or inaccuracies originating from suppliers, we take all reasonable and necessary measures to ensure that product information displayed on the platform is accurate and up to date, based on information provided by the suppliers.

In the event of a dispute, complaint, or issue relating to a product or service, Boutik.mu will act in a professional manner and will facilitate communication between the customer and the relevant supplier to ensure proper handling and resolution of the matter.

10. Prohibited Activities

Fraud, bypassing payment, misuse of content, and illegal activities are forbidden.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the order value.
